Master's degree with honors for researcher Ahmed Mohamed Ahmed Belaid

The University of Science and Technology – Main Center Aden awarded a Master’s degree with distinction in Business Administration to researcher Ahmed Mohammed Ahmed Balaid for his thesis entitled: “The Impact of Entrepreneurial Leadership on the Performance of Small Projects – A Field Study of Small Projects Funded by the Union’s Microfinance Program in Aden Governorate.” The thesis was discussed by the discussion committee consisting of: Associate Professor Dr. Mazen Abdullah Fadel - Supervisor and Chairman. Assistant Professor Dr. Iskandar Hassan Abdel Sattar - Member and Internal Examiner. Associate Professor Dr. Yasser Mohammed Basardah – Member and External Examiner. The public discussion of the thesis took place in the meeting hall at the University of Science and Technology in Aden, on the morning of Tuesday, January 28, 2025. At the end of the discussion, the discussion committee praised the thesis submitted by the researcher, noted its importance, commended the researcher’s efforts, and decided to award the researcher a master’s degree with distinction.
