Organizing job interviews for students of the College of Administrative and Human Sciences

On Tuesday, May 27, 2025, the Faculty of Administrative and Human Sciences at the University of Science and Technology - Main Center Aden, in coordination with Bin Awad Al-Naqeeb Trading Company Limited, organized interviews for employment for fourth-level students in all college specializations for the year 2024-2025. The interviews were attended by: Dr. Fatima Qahtan: Assistant President of the University for Academic Affairs, Dr. Muammar Al-Qutaibi: Assistant President of the University for Student Affairs, Dr. Bashir Muhammad Al-Hammadi: Dean of the College of Administrative and Human Sciences, the heads of the academic departments and the teaching staff of the college, as well as the members of the job interview committee from Bin Awad Al-Naqeeb Trading Company Limited, namely: Mr. Ramsis Al-Darbi: Recruitment Officer, Mr. Khalid Jalal: Development Officer at the company. Before the interviews began, the administration of the University of Science and Technology and the Deanship of the College of Administrative and Human Sciences expressed their sincere thanks to Bin Awad Al-Naqeeb Trading Company Limited for its cooperation with the college in organizing these job interviews and for its contribution to the university students’ involvement in the labor market through this partnership, which represents an effective model of integration between academic institutions and the private sector, contributing to enhancing employment opportunities and empowering human competencies. For their part, representatives of Bin Awad Al-Naqeeb Company expressed their happiness in cooperating with the University of Science and Technology in organizing these interviews, as the company desires to attract an elite group of students from the College of Administrative and Human Sciences at the university to join its workforce, given the high level of scientific qualification that graduates of the University of Science and Technology are known for. Fourth-year students from all disciplines within the College of Administrative and Human Sciences at the university underwent a series of job interviews conducted by representatives of Bin Awadh Al-Naqeeb Trading Company Limited. During these interviews, the students were assessed and asked numerous questions. The students demonstrated a commendable level of preparedness, reflecting their readiness to transition from academia to the professional world.
