Field trip for students of the Graphic Design and Multimedia Program

The College of Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Science and Technology held a field visit for first-level students of the Graphic Design and Multimedia Program in the Freehand Drawing course. The aim of the visit is to develop students’ skills in freehand drawing and mastery of theoretical and practical aspects by providing an environment that helps students develop their artistic sense and aesthetic taste. The students sought to enhance their skills in drawing with shadow and light and using them together correctly, and to produce a large number of drawings inspired by different pieces of art. The supervisor of the course, Ms. Sabreen Bin Youssef, pointed out that the students were trained to deal with the proportions and balance of shapes, and to transfer them from real life to the virtual paper with dedicated precision.
